Chapter 1: Preface/
_______________/
	First off, I'd like to say thanks to Hakk3r, DJK, my family, and other helpers, testers, and developers that encouraged me towards the production
of this project. It took a long time, thousands of USB trips (PC to PSP) through experimentation and close observations on trivial errors. Several things
have accidentally been left in due to experimenting purposes (such as the link to filext.com) and if you have questions about any of those then contact me at
DRIVERX51@gmail.com. This is a changable program if you follow my special steps on Chapter 3: Addons.
The unique thing about this Web Portal is the ability to update. Come to my website for news and links on new versions, which will mainly be small downloads
without having to re-download the entire thing. These will be graphic fixes, add-ons, new themes/screensavers, and more. (If you know javascript PLEASE help
me on the timed screensavers)

Chapter 2: Basic Browsing/
_____________________/
	I tried to base this primarily on Windows. (Obviously) Thus, START has the basic functions and programs. From there you can visit 'My Documents',
I will go over that later. For now is 'All Programs', which contains:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Accessories- Currently unavailible, will be updated later.
Games- Flash games, enabling flash is required. (Thanks to Norportal 3.0 for the games) I will soon include javascript games as well.
Applications- A bunch of cheap crappy apps that are likely to not work, will be fixed in an update soon.
WMP- A nonworking 'Windows Media Player(TM)' that will be removed later on if I give up.
PivotStick Fig...- A super-cool animator that lets you manage frames and stick figures. Appears to be based on 'Xiao Xiao'.
Internet Expl...- 'Microsoft Internet Explorer'(TM). Should just be a link to Google. Change link by opening 'Word', secondary click it, click Hyperlink and type in your home page.
Control Panel- An under construction menu that is options. The only working link in this should be 'Display'.

Shutdown brings you to a screen saying 'press "o"' to shut down.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My Computer, located on the desktop, displays all of the drives. C contains 'Documents and Settings' and 'Program Files. For now that's all that matters.
	-==-
Portals, also located on the desktop, links to other portals that may be on your PSP. No need fo installation, it is sort of "Plug & Play" in a way. You put the portal on your
PSP the way you are supposed to. After doing this, the link from my portal will instantly work, no linking required.
	-==-
Links is the last folder. It links to websites under a working internet connection. However, the current Gamestop link doesn't appear to work, I'll get to that in the next fix.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SUPER IMPORTANT NOTE: IT APPEARS THAT MOST THINGS IN THIS PORTAL ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS ME, THAT WILL BE FIXED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Chapter 3: Add-ons/
_______________/

Most everything in this you are alowed to change. I recommend first that you back-up any altered files, even I do have that every time and I'm the developer.
	-==-
IMPORTANT NOTE: The required programs that are required for editing are Microsoft Office 2000 and up. Anything lower will possibly work, but if you're that old you don't have a PSP. lol Sorry. ^_^
The screen resolution is 480 pixels horizontally (<>) and 272 pixels vertically (^). Microsoft office 2000 (What I have) does not like the size; not correct for the grid.
That's why you can always scroll right on the PSP browser, Office excess. In order to get the perfect size (or near perfect) make sure it is on the right view in MS Word.
There should be 4 small squares in the bottom left corner of the page. Click on the one next to the 3 lines, the button with a square and circle. This is the web page's picture layout.
Next, put out a 480x272 (or close) picture until it is just slightly larger than what is already there. After this, shrink it down a little. This requirement is just a glitch in Word. Next,
delete the previous picture and set our new one to the back so all of the links are on top of it. If you are clueless on this, see the Word's help topic on 'Layering'.
	-==-
To get links working, secondary-click on the object and click 'Hyperlink.' To change a link, you will come across yet another glitch in Office. It will look for a file
with exactly the same name as what it was looking for. Delete the name then click on the bx below it, no need to select anything out of the drop-down box. You will do this because any file
that does not have exactly the same name will not appear.
	-==-
BEWARE not to use the text tool in Office, it will have errors. You must do all text in the picture using the picture editor. :( However, you may use the autoshapes :) , but not the wordart. :(
	-==-
Before you edit a web page, you must delete its special files. For example, Desktop.htm will have a nearby folder named Desktop_Files. Remove those files, then save the
web page again. This will automatically create a new Desktop_Files that you will keep until you change the file again.
	-==-
Before making a new page, I recommend making a new .txt document and renaming it to NAME.htm. It warns you this make make the file unusable, don't believe it. Next,
when saving the document for the first time, NEVER EVER EVER just hit save, you will ruin it because it will tr to save it as a text-only file. This will appear as big fat ugly text on
the PSP screen. You must instead goto 'Save as' and save it as a Web Page htm/html file.
	-==-
The current basic links that are mandatory (For me) would be Start, back, up, search, Alienware.com, and close. Minimize can be done too, but that is twice the work.
	-==-
With scroll bars I tried to make it as realistic as possible, where you can click anwhere on the bar and use the arrows at the sides. Neat, huh? ;)
	-==-
Any development for Macintosh or Linux I cannot help with, period. Well actually Linux, but only Ubuntu help.
	-==-
I think that is it for now in Chapter 3.
